clerk at check in was very impatient with us as I tried to explain that I had made reservations for two rooms, but wanted to pay for them separately. Ultimately after much discussion I had to pay for the two room myself and then have my friend reimburse me.

Early check in was great. Room comfort and clean. Staff (esp. Alex) super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast (free) pretty darn good. That are constantly cleaning. Very nice.

The room was “non-smoking” yet reeked of cigarettes and there was a small can for cigarette butts on the balcony. So clearly it wasn’t a non-smoking room. And nothing had been done to remove the smell. L

Not So Good. They had not even cleared the parking lot of snow and ice. The place looks very dingy. The only other people at the hotel were mine workers. The price was at least double what it should have cost. Then they even charged an additional tourist fee. Breakfast was lacking and not enough room as was full of mine workers in the area. I would like a refund of at Least 50%

Good, clean property well priced for the area. i didn't use many of the amenities. Dog next to my room was barking constantly for 2 hours and the front desk didn't pick up the phone, so that part was annoying. Its a quality inn, so don't expect too much, but in terms of comfortable bed, clean room was good. Shower pressure Meh.

Upon our arrival, we were attempting to check in when a man came into the lobby and started screaming about the Hells Angels and repeatedly asked me if I knew everyone outside was about to die. There was an employee at the check in desk and another employee who I assume was the manager standing in the lobby watching this happen. The insane man then asked the elderly woman behind me if she had any heroin she could sell him. Apparently this lunatic was a guest because instead of saying or doing anything about the behavior, the employee who had been in the lobby provided him with a room key and watched him walk to a room. With our current climate, I find it unacceptable that hotel staff would watch this psycho threaten other guests and ask a senior citizen for drugs and then pretend like nothing happened. This interaction ruined this hotel experience. Especially because the employees weren’t phased at all by the scene which tells me this sort of experience is typical for them. We were already dreading paying $200 for one night at a 2 star motel but the options in the area were super limited and there was a snow storm making it too inconvenient to leave the area. If you can, avoid this place at all costs. We were on a 3 week road trip and stayed at about 10 different hotels and this was the only time we felt unsafe. Additionally, they asked for a credit card for incidentals but then charged a tourism tax without letting us know.

MAKE SURE you take photos and videos before you check out to proof your innocent! The management will scam you with damaged items in the room and charge you for damage and incidental on your card! I called to ask about the charge nicely and the manager quickly accused you of broking the item and got provoked very quickly and will not even let you finish a sentence. The manager said he will send me the picture proof and quickly hang up without even asking for my email address. Not until I call back several times, he finally picked up the call and write down my email address to send the picture. Otherwise, good room and location. Terrible management! I will not go back nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

We usually stay at this hotel when we pass through the area. There is typically an Indian couple (I assume the owners) there who are friendly, warm and hospitable. When I see that couple, the place is clean, inviting, and there is a plentiful hot breakfast. This last trip, I did not see that couple around and there was a noticeable change in service. The most noticeable was that of the hotel staff in the green shirts. They ate most of the breakfast before we even got down (around 8am). In most hotels I have stayed in, staff usually eats once breakfast ends for the guests. I thought it was pretty rude that they took over the breakfast space so early and ate everything. It kinda sucks when you pay for/come to expect a certain level of service from an establishment and don’t get what you pay for.

The general manager was very rude every time we interacted with him. The night front desk staff lady was lovely though. Our room keys didn’t work had to get a new one every time we had to get a new one. The sliding door in our room had putty or something in it preventing it from closing all the way or locking. The room was alright just in need of updating. The outdoor hot tub was nice and the pool

Do not stay here. There were kids running above us most of the night. Our room still had trash from the guests before us. The sliding door doesn't lock. The whole room just felt gross. The fire alarm was hanging by wires from the ceiling. The paint was patched on all walls and ceiling. It was gross.

We had a great time! My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was even an outdoor hot tub! The staff were all very friendly, and when breakfast got too crowded they even opened the meeting room for extra seating. We would definitely stay here again!
