Only downfall was our room being right next to the pool and the lobby. The noise was next level early in the morning and late into the night was very disruptive. Won’t stay in that room ever again. Hotel staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Happy hour was a nice touch, as was the breakfast.

The room was sparkling clean, the breakfast offered lots of hot choices, which hadn’t been listed on the website. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cookies were unexpected and delicious.

Employees could use better training. The man at the desk gave us the wrong directions to the elevator and insisted it was just on the other side of the doorway, when in reality, it was down the opposite hallway. We asked in advance for a pet friendly double queen and the gut tried to put us in a queen single. No big deal, just need a little more customer practice.

Somewhat biased as we were exhausted from a long drive. We had to wait for the ONLY staff person on duty at 7pm to finish a prolonged phone call with another client before we could check in. When we arrived at our room there were huge blowers and a damp carpet. We went to ask for a different room. The ONLY employee was on break. We had to wait for her to return. We got a room without issues. UNTIL the children started the early morning shrieking in the lovely atrium/breakfast room because the sound quality was great! What child could resist and what modern parent would intervene. We will look for other options in Moscow in the future.

Overall hotel needs updated. The pool had tiles around it that were loose and cracked. We had to take the net and fish a wad of hair out of it and the hot tub didn't appear clean. We had to ask for new sheets on one of the beds as they had hair on them. The room looked like housekeeping took short cuts, not vacuumed well, crumbs along edges and just not clean. Bathroom didn't have and hand soap or hand towels and the bathtub was stained and dingy and had hair in it. We went to Walmart and got our own cleaner to clean the tub. Would not recommend unless it undergoes some renovations. On a good note the staff we saw and interacted with were very nice and accommodating. I feel like it was short staffed so maybe that has something to do with it.

They put me in the 1st room by the sliding door entrance/lobby. I could hear it opening and closing all night. I could hear exactly what the couple in the room above me were doing and I could hear children screaming in the pool area until 10 pm. If I were in a different room on the top floor it probably would’ve been great but I could not sleep. The blow dryer also appeared to be missing. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

We were placed in a room next to the front door. We didn’t sleep all night listening to the door open and close. Hotel was sold out so no other rooms available. We checked out and drove 4 hours home.

We stayed to watch the college lumberjack competition your hotel accommodated us even without gas for hot water due to a large area outage. You still had hot water!

We came to stay for the week for a college event. They have a small staff who we’re glad to have had there. The rooms needed some cleaning, there was garbage and dust in the corners and didn’t feel like the room had been cleaned thoroughly. The room itself needed some repair in the bathroom.

We got a room so my son could have a swim birthday party. The wonderful staff offered us the conference room and set the tables up. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and modern.

Wonderful accommodating host as we needed to switch rooms because of pet allergies from previous guest animal. The carpet in both rooms was very stained and dingy. Everything else was perfect.

This was a great location to stay for business in the area. The staff were warm, hardworking, and courteous. The breakfast was delicious. The room itself was quite lovely, with a newly renovated bathroom. My one (and only) concern was the carpet in the room which had numerous, odd stains.
