The only downside was breakfast only one staff member to take order and cook as well which meant the self service area was not restocked so there was no juice or cutlery left so had to improvise. Area very small had to move table backwards and forwards to get legs under table from both sides. Long wait for breakfast and only one piece of toast would be better with 2. Plus side excellent coffee machine fresh coffee flavoured syrups and able to choose type of coffee. Bar well equipped friendly staff and very reasonable on price

Large room, staff great, breakfast best I've had in a very long time, bacon amazing. Bar friendly and good pint of real ale, also a good beer garden.
