Good location. Walking distance (across the parking lot) to restaurant.
Senior tour bus participants overwhelmed the breakfast staff and area. This isn't a "fault", just a reality.

Breakfast was exceptional. Please ask the attendant to lower her tone when suggestions are made. She was very loud when addressing customers.
It took a long time to check in- a very slow process for registered guests.

It was close to 95, had choice of a few restaurants in the areas, rooms and bed were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and easy check-in.

The location and breakfast
The AC unit in our bedroom was very loud. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the bed frame was obviously broken, the USB port next the the bed didn’t work, and our room didn’t feel clean. The furniture had stains, and the bathroom doors added little privacy
