About this cabin rental
Situated in Ohio, this lovely cabin for $520 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Luxurious Log Chalet on Private Gated Estate with Lake & Ranch Views Experience ultimate luxury at our stunning log chalet nestled within an 11-acre private gated estate in the heart of everything while feeling miles away from it all. With 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests, this enchanting retreat offers a unique blend of comfort, convenience and nature. Property Highlights: Farm Experience: Adjacent to the chalet is a private farm, inviting families to interact with animals and horses. Booking Information: You'll only be charged for the guests you actually have on the property. No need to pay for the full occupancy if you won't be hosting that many people. Only pay for the number of guests your stay includes. Base nightly rate includes the first 5 guests. Additional charge per person per night for extra guests (up to 15 max) who would like to have a larger group. If inquiring through third-party platforms, the booking will be facilitated there. Once you have sent us an inquiry or a message on VRBO, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc. you will be required to book through that platform as we will not be able to book you directly after that. Please note that our DIRECT BOOKING guests (those that book through our own website) have priority on available dates in the future and third party platforms only show dates available up to 120 days in advance. Direct bookings are available through our website or email, however, if you choose to make initial contact through 3rd party platform messaging we must book your stay on that platform. Your booking will then be subject to that platform's fees and increased nightly rental rates. Discounts can not be given in that case and we are unable to change your pricing once contacted through those platforms. That means if you send us a message through a third party booking platform we will be ONLY able to book your stay through that platform as part of our agreement with that booking platform. IF you found us through a google search and wanted to book direct make sure you do not reach out on these platforms, but contact us directly first. If you prefer to book a stay through a third party platform we are happy to book you there so please feel free to reach out that way if it is what you prefer. Key Booking Requirements: Before confirming your stay, ensure you will be able to complete the following: 1. Electronically sign the Short Term Rental agreement within 12 hours of requesting your reservation/booking. 2. Upload a government-issued photo ID matching the booking name and signed name within 12 hours. 3. Provide a registered guest list; only registered guests are permitted through the entrance gate. 4. Submit a refundable Security Deposit of $1000 before check-in. **Local guests must specify the purpose of their stay before booking. Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not offered for cancellations or date changes. Traveler's trip insurance is recommended for stay protection. Cabin Highlights: Authentic timber-built cabin with three full levels. Fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in all bedrooms, central air conditioning, and heating. This is a family favorite and appeals to everyone one, from kids to grown ups. You do feel like you have a luxury experience in a farm setting. We cook most of our meals in the kitchen and its better than my set up at home. Plenty of beds and space to spread out. You do not feel confined even if the weather is bad. We play board games, get in the hot tub, walk around the property, play pool, sit on the swing and watch the animals, and more. No one ever says they are bored and the kids stay away from electronics and are having fun which to me is a huge win! The animals right outside your door are a huge draw and probably the highlight. We try to be out as much as we can watching them. Love love love this place!

This was a friends reunion getaway. Great cabin close to Cincinnati, Great for families too with the hot tub and pool table and air hockey table. The 3 bathrooms was tight for a large group but other than that, we had a great time.

Wonderful weekend getaway with plenty of room and amenities. The owner was wonderful, and we were able to see the farm animals up close! Everything we needed was provided. Great place for our girl weekend! Would recommend to anyone!

This is a great family home to unwind and spend time together as a family. The great firepit, hottub, ample games, large kitchen, large table and comfy beds makes this a great place to stay. The farm animals and friendly owners are icing on the top. We even got to see baby pigs at 2 hours old!

This is are second year that we stayed at Branch Hill Estate. The kids love this vacation. They spend so much time at the barn and playing outside. This property has everything. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed at this beautiful property while we were there for a tennis tournament. Everything was just perfect. Very clean and nicely appointed. Our biggest regret about our trip was that we didn’t have time to stay at the property longer and enjoy everything it had to offer. We definitely plan to be back and would highly recommend this property.

Great country feel, yet close to stores and attractions. We had more than enough room to stretch out with our group of 12, including 4 energetic kids between 4 - 9. Kitchen, dining area, decks, fire pit were great. The air hockey, arcade game and pool table were used by all more than we expected. The farm is somewhat understated in the listing; it was way more impressive than advertised. Our 9 year-old granddaughter wants to come back just for the animals! The lack of on-site management could make dealing with any glitches a little wonky, but we didn't have any, so our stay was very enjoyable.

We Had A Great Time
This cabin far exceeded our expectations. The setting felt so rural with views of the animals from the front porch rocking chairs, yet it was so close to many urban activities. We visited the Newport Aquarium, the Western and Southern Tennis Championship in Mason, and took in a Reds game. The cabin was gorgeous and well appointed with everything to meet our needs including farm fresh eggs. The kids enjoyed the wide open areas of the second floor and the basement games. The kids asked if we could come back next year, The property was well worth the associated costs. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Just stayed at the cabin March 30 through April 1st. The cabin was very spacious with all necessary amenities. There are lots of games and activities for the kids in the cabin. The farm is great with many animals and play set for the kids. I would differently like to return.

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin and while it looked like the place was under some remodeling it still was beautiful inside and comfortable to stay in for the four days we were there. Communication was stellar.

With the pandemic, we couldn’t head out of town. Found this gem almost in our backyard. Felt like we were miles away. The cabin is so well appointed with games for the kids, and adults. We had three generations stay to celebrate Thanskgiving. Plenty of counter space for crockpots and food! We enjoyed the large table for board games and puzzles! Had everything you can think of.
Only downside was the dryers didn’t work well. We had to restart loads multiple times before they were dry.

Beautiful cabin with a great view
My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this amazing cabin. It was nice and spacious. I was shocked at how well stocked the place was. There was coffee, tea, spices, seasonings, and so much more in the kitchen. Qtips, hair ties, make up remover wipes, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. The sugar cookies as a welcome gift were a pleasant surprise as well as the little gift bags on the beds. My 13 year old fell in love with one of the barn cats and she spent most of her free time sitting on the porch with it. He/she even went on a walk with her and my husband through the woods. She wants to come back again just for the cat alone. Lol If I have to be picky, the only con would be the king size mattresses were very firm and we didn't sleep the greatest because of it. We didn't notice until 9pm that the hot tub had a lock on it even though we paid to use it. One phone call to the owner and he was over within a couple minutes and got it taken care of so no big deal. Overall we loved it and will be back! Thank you guys!
