Jb Relais - Campo De' Fiori

Excellent experience. Warm croissants in the morning, excellent restaurant picks. Also location is perfect to walk around Roman sights and enjoy good food.

The location of this room is perfect. It is 100 feet from the piazza at Campo Di Fiori. Within a 30 minute walk in ether direction you can visit the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Parthenon, Colesium, Circus Maximus, and spent time in the historic neighbourhoods of Monti and the Jewish Ghetto. The king sized bed was great after long days of walking. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. Christina and her staff were delightful. They cleaned and prepared our room daily, and provided daily treats of biscuits and croissants to enjoy with a morning cappuccino. With the windows open the sounds of a busy lane could be enjoyed, but the room was silent and dark at night with windows and shutters closed. Fabulous place. Great experience. A must stay for your visit to Rome.

Location was brilliant for exploring the historic sites of Rome. As well as being close to some great cafes, restaurants and bars in nearby area and Trastevere as a short walk. Room was clean, equipped with what was needed and spacious. Slight negatives were low pressure on shower, stairs to lift which was not an issue for us, and a bit of noise at night but could be expected in a city. Additional positives were the helpful and kind staff and fresh croissants to go with the provided coffee each morning. I'd recommend

I had a great stay at JB Relais and would absolutely recommend it, especially for a solo traveler or couple. The accommodations are more apartment-style than a traditional hotel, which I really enjoyed. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with plenty of closet space and AC. The hosts also left freshly baked croissants each day, which was such a nice touch! I actually didn’t meet the hosts in person until the end of my stay, but their communication was excellent. They reached out well in advance of my arrival and followed up multiple times to confirm when I would be arriving, make sure I was safe, and ensure I understood the self-check-in instructions. They were also readily available through WhatsApp if I had any questions. Once I found the property, getting inside was very easy and I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay. The hotel also arranged a private car to pick me up from the airport, which gave me a lot of peace of mind arriving in Rome for the first time. For future travelers, I would probably recommend comparing the price with Uber, as I found Uber offered lower fixed pricing for trips into the city center. That said, having everything arranged for me in advance was very convenient and reassuring after a long flight. The entrance can be difficult to spot from the street at first, and there are quite a few stairs, but they help with bags if you arrive and they are onsite. I also paid an €6 tourist tax by card. I would definitely recommend!
