Beautiful, quiet property and very nice room, the private plunge pool and terrace were a phenomenal touch.
Could use some maintenance and definitely needed a larger wardrobe. Also needed better lighting in the bathroom area.
All staff was absolutely great and helpful in assisting.

our initial room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and we had to change the room. To have an extractor in the toilet would also be beneficial. And the AC was very difficult to manage/change (remote not working).

Amazing! No other words. I will go again. The shower did take a little long to heat up, but that was a small thing versus the service and the property as a whole. I loved the location.

"Excellent hotel in a safe area of Cartagena. Lots of restaurants nearby, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Safe to walk at night. The staff is kind and friendly. "
