The perfect hotel to stay over inside the walls of the historical old part of Cartagena.
A hidden gem the Bastion hotel, with spacious clean rooms, good and healthy breakfast buffet, friendly staff and a beautiful rooftop with swimming pool, and the hotel offers 24/7 à la carte service. Highly recommend to stay at this great property.

Our stay at Bastión Luxury Hotel exceeded our expectations! If you’re traveling to Cartagena for the first time, this hotel is in a perfect central location and has everything you need.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the front desk staff and security personnel to the bar team. They were always kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed when answering our questions.
We visited on a girls’ trip to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. The warm hospitality made our experience even more special.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena and will definitely be returning in the future. Food in the hotel was delicious!!! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!
