Small room No cabinet for clothes And other service

Very clean and had everything you really need for one night. However, the plastic protective sheets left me covered in the night with my own sweat! There is a nice place to jog in an adjacent nature reserve, but you have to find the entrance through some brush, on the left, a few meters before you go through their gate. I had a good dinner at the nearby Hilton.

It was basic,simple and suitable for one night before early morning flight. The bedding was nice crisp and clean but the floors haven’t seen the vacum cleaner for a while. The active breakfast room at 4AM surprised me but has no time to use it. The staff at check in was curtous- minimalistic Did not volounteer with any useful info.

They need to update the area and hotel.

Convenient to airport but bringing in luggage difficult as they have carts but you are not allowed to put in elevator; bathroom had odor- probably from source(sulfur smell). Felt safe… staff did yell at us for not understanding luggage cart rules but no signage to inform

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is need of a repaint and maintenance. Excellent breakfast which was included in my rate. Not all the receptionists could communicate well in English. The airport shuttle was complimentary but only went into Terminal 1. The machine to order dinner in the reception did not work and there was no other way to get food. The receptionist eventually ordered for me. You cannot walk from the hotel to the airport as the route is on a highway. The complimentary shuttle airport shuttle the hotel offers us the only way to get to the airport. The airport shuttle bus needs to be fixed as it has been in a mayor accident and one side is all dinged up. Value for money room and served a purpose as I needed to be near the airport.

The very original things about this property are the tiny insects on the ceiling of the room, the stains left on the walls by previous guests having tried to eradicate them, the mold in the shower yet somewhat made better by the light on the shower handle. What a treat! The required journey by foot to the airport for an early flight, since the shuttle was not available before 5am, was not particularly easy or fun. Not to mention that no one was there for checkout.

Overall a good one night stay, checked in after midnight and we were offered the free shuttle for the next day - very helpful! The room was okay, smelt of damp and smoke in the bathroom, otherwise good. Breakfast was good, pastries, bread, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Helpful staff and like I said the shuttle was great.

Ok for an overnight stop before travelling.No food facilities as such. Just a vending machine. We were told that the other ibis hotel in the vicinity had food .. The staff were very pleasant and helpful …

Very basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a brief transit stay.

Tiny room not recommended for family

Conveniently close to the airport but o shuttle after midnight and if you follow Google Maps you have to walk on a dangerous road with no sidewalks and through a jungle to reach the hotel.

There was black mold in my bathroom - it’s really bad for human health! You need a fan and regular cleaning of the mold.

It is what it is budget well located accomodation. Room find. Ground Floor Common area needs a bit of reno. Staff very friendly

Very practical for an overnight stay when passing through the airport.

The room was very clean, and the shuttle to the airport was great. The bed was a bit too firm for us, but for a place to lay down until our flight, it was very good. The shower handle holder was broken, but could still be used. The front desk staff spoke English very well.

The smell of the bathroom is terrible

Personal service was good BUT their telephone number did not work, and this caused me a great deal of hassle and wasted time, until I found out that there was a machine for calling for the hotel shuttle. This information should have been available beforehand.

Very handy night-stay close to Marseille Airport for early Departure. Next door to a walking distance restaurant. Good Shuttle Service to Airport. Very helpful, pleasant and efficient Staff.

too shabby no amenities offered. Location is close to the airport. it says it has airport shuttle but it only starts at 5 in the morning and my flight is 6. i wouldn’t have enough time to take the shuttle; had to walk in the dark cold dawn to the airport. no soap or bottled water. only 2 twin beds. i have stayed at hotels close to the airport, none was ever as shabby as this one.

Close to airport in walking distance. Convenient free shuttle service was also available.

The guests loaded their bags in the shuttle bus. A manager (?) a woman came to bus, screamed something about the luggage and then angrily slammed the van doors. All the other staff were great. The shower drain put out a sewer smell which built up in an otherwise very clean and adequate room.

Congratulations to the staff, super friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and quiet.
