Everyone was very friendly at the hotel and very helpful. The renovations made very fashionable it also had a good location. I would stay again.

The hotel has been totally refurbished. We were on the 3rd floor which had a balcony with rocking chairs on it, quite enjoyable. Free coffee in the morning from 6:30 to 10am at the bar. Beautiful dining room with an alcove overlooking gardens done in clean blue and white, lots of light.

Great historic hotel. I was in town for one day on business and really enjoyed it . Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
One thing that could be better would be to add a desk in the room. It is very hard to work with a laptop.

On a short transit from Englewood to Jacksonville we booked a room at the Hacienda. Beautiful storied building with such a friendly staff! Had cocktails and dinner followed by a great night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. Dining room staff attentive and very accomodating. Breakfast the following morning, cooked to order, was fantastic start to the day. Great coffee too.
An overall great experience for a short layover.

Delightful hidden gem and a national historic designated hotel. It was clean, quiet and quite comfortable.
The room was a little on the small size compared to other hotels however considering it is historic they have done a fantastic job of maintaining it’s ambience.

The hotel is adorable. The bad part was we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. That was several trips up and down the stairs with our luggage. We didnt take advantage of the meals so cant comment on those

Small room, walking distance to shops easy to get to sponge docks

We enjoyed the stay. My wife noticed that the hotel had reopened and told me that she wanted to stay there, so I surprised her with a weekend at the hotel. It is a nice place to stay. It is an old hotel but it has been upgraded and renovated well. We enjoyed walking up and down main street and doing some shopping and dining. We also walked through the adjacent park. The room was clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to returning.

This is a quaint boutique hotel with a classy vibe to it. It’s in downtown New Port Richey which has lots of bars and restaurants and a beautiful park to walk to. This was our second stay and we would return. The room was clean and comfortable. Love it.

Loved our room overlooking the park. It was immaculate and very quiet. Shower was nice. Only complaint was the parking lot in front of the hotel isn’t monitored by the staff. We were just pulling into the last space when someone beat us to it. She exited her vehicle and walked in the opposite direction of the hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel so warmly welcomed when we arrived. We sat by the fireplace. Enjoyed our family visit in the evening.

It was a great stay. We wanted something nice for our 49th anniversary and the Hacienda delivered. We had an enjoyable breakfast at a reasonable price. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel was gorgeous. It was built in 1927

Great place. We checked in with no problems then went across the street to a great dinner at The Social and watched a nice show at the Richey Suncoast theatre. Great night

The hotel is so quaint. The rooms are small but clean. Everyone says the food was great. We had a terrible experience.,Waited an hour for dinner. Mine was barely warm, the salmon my husband said was tasteless and mushy. I tasted it, we are big salmon eaters and I told my husband there was something wrong with it. We told Heather the server. She said she told the chef and he said “it’s fresh I just opened the package”. No offer for something else or a free drink etc. plus it was my husbands Birthday , I order a cake and they forgot it.

Great location, nice value and wonderful food in their restaurant, Sasha’s

Such a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Bar and fireplace were excellent places to relax. It was fairly empty, which is ideal. A matter of time before this place is overrun with tourists. However, the downside, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversations from the room next door. The a/c units turn off and make obnoxious ticking noises when trying to sleep. Best to go on "off weekend or off season". Overall would recommend for a weekend trip.

We loved staying in this wonderful, historic gem. It had a great location by the Park and all the nice restaurant and shops. Our room had a Juliet balcony and was good sized. The restaurant and bar had good food. A lot of restored hotels are very expensive, the pricing was very fair. Great place

Could be better. First trip I gave it a 7.5 - 8.0 on scale of 10. After 4 trips and false accusations it's a 5. Note: Have room inspected upon leaving so they don't charge you additional $250 for smoking or vaping or anything they don't like in room.. Honestly - They should concentrate their efforts on stopping the line of kids coming into hotel to use restroom from the park.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The entire staff is amazing and especially Oscar, who was extremely helpful from the moment we called with a few questions to the time we left. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and our meal and service was excellent. The property is immaculate and beautiful. 10/10!

The building was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were a little plain but had the boutique feel I was looking for. The bathroom door did not shut so that was annoying but I chocked that up to the historic nature of the building.

Absolutely delightful deep dive into the 1920’s!!! Grand hotel, delicious meals, wonderful service, impeccably clean! Highly recommended! Worth the 3.5 hours to drive there!

The Hacienda was such a historic building and the fact that it was able to be rebuilt instead of being torn down is a delight.
It's very spacious and friendly staff makes staying there super worth it!
The bar in the building was a nice addition as well, didn't try the food but perhaps next time I'll give it a try.
It's wonderful to see downtown New Port Richey take off again into a growing area as it's such a nice area to explore.

We loved the atmosphere, it was like going back in time, like you were at someones home from years ago. We plan on coming back, our son lives in the area and this is a perfect place to stay for us. The food at Sasha's was delicious!

We were greeted by the front desk as if we were long awaited return patrons. Everyone was friendly, genuine and treated each other as respectfully as they treated us. I expected the usual polite scripted greeting and treatment. The team at The Hacienda were
