Property is well managed. The front desk and restaurant staff members are efficient and accommodating. I like the new restaurant menu and the service provided by the new bartender. Jay J. and the other supervisors are competent, focused workers. I enjoy staying there. It gives me a five minutes walking radius access to a variety of shops, restaurants and local entertainment in the heart of the city. And, I enjoy seeing, less than 100 yards away. the hugh sea vessels escorted from the inland waterway to the Caribbean Sea.
One thing that I would do differently, is to redirect the kitchen staff from coming thru the dining space to get something soft to drink from the bar area. The chef and other kitchen staff must never see the restaurant patrons, or frequent the dining area...as it is done in bigger hotels.

Highly recommended! We had a great stay.
Very well located, close to great restaurants, Kura Hulanda Village and view of Queen Ema bridge. Has parking available, towels to take to the beach, helpful and friendly staff. Also the room was clean and soundproof windows (didn't hear anything from the Flag day shows).
