About this villa rental
On this Tri-level home has private spaces on each level to enjoy outside; 1st floor a front entry porch with chairs a table stand with a wrap-around gate. The 2nd floor has a balcony with a gas fire pit table and chairs, & the 3rd floor has rooftop with outdoor furniture, a large dining table for group dinners, hanging lights, comfy outdoor seating and a large propane BBQ is a wonderful spot to spend the evenings (propane for BBQ is provided).
Community pools/amenities are only available to guests staying 30 days+.

All cancellations subject to processing fees.
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
Lost & Found / Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for items left in the property after checkout. If an item is found and you would like it returned, we can arrange shipping. Guests will be responsible for shipping costs plus a small handling fee to cover packaging materials and time. $25 fee plus shipping fees.
Home Rules:
1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
3. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. No pets allowed (without approval)
11. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.

The community is absolutely beautiful. The house was very nice. Parks nearby, dog park, succulent gardens. The home was equipped with all essentials for a stay except for an iron and ironing board. Unable to operate the ceiling fan and washing machine appears that it was controlled off sight also found a long spider web hanging from one of the lights in the main bedroom. Did not have access to the recreational center although the host assured me of this via email, so we were unable to swim or workout in the gym. You need a key card for access that was not provided.
Overall, it was a great place to stay outside of the forementioned.

Our family of five recently had a very nice stay at this property. Everyone had their own room and slept well thanks to the quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. The kitchen and "family room" are really spacious with lots of natural light and a nice view. The location is very central, only a short drive to downtown, Balboa Park, the beaches, etc. There's also a park that's just a short walk from the rental. We hope to stay here again!

This was a 10/10 experience from communication to the layout of the house. Great space to have friends and plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect and Derek was always available when needed. Will book again!

Decided to do a short term stay since our house is going through renovations. Love the area and neighborhood. What beats this place and makes it phenomenal is the spectacular views. From living room, master bedroom, and rooftop access, made it feel serene and homey. This place is perfect if you need to telework with all the monitors provided. The kitchen has everything you need. Every room has tvs and comfortable bedding to kick back and relax.
