About this house rental
Situated in Beverly Hills, this attractive house for $171 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Ranch style pool home with circular driveway and fenced yard. This home has just been remodeled with new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, new flooring and fixtures. It has a huge caged, salt water pool (NOT HEATED) for those hot summer days. Lounge chairs for sunning and pool towels provided. Covered lanai area for outdoor dining with BBQ grill. The home has a semi open layout with living room, kitchen, family room for additional sleeping space. It has a large master bedroom with a walk in shower and closet. Great outdoor space with a fenced yard for your children or pets. Very close proximity to shopping and dining and a short ten minute trip to Crystal River for some fishing, boating and manatee adventures! Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($75/ week or $200/mo per pet). The home is equipped with exterior cameras, please do not disconnect this system during your stay.

Overall a nice little property in a quite neighborhood

We stayed here as a family of 7 while visiting my father in law who lives in a senior living space nearby. It was a good location, convenient to grocery, restaurants and not far from Crystal River and Homosassa. Kitchen was well stocked and newly renovated. Home was clean and Donna was very communicative and helpful. Loved the large kitchen table for playing family games. We were not in the pool area because it was too cold and the pool isn't heated. It looked nice from inside. Nice space for the pricepoint.

The area and house are nice and clean. Will state that the mattress on the sofa bed is not usable, but otherwise, it was a lovely home to spend time with family for the holidays.

I rented this house for me and my 3 siblings. We were visiting our mom in Beverly Hills. This house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy & Donna was very responsive & great to work with. We will certainly be back!

This house had all we wished for from comfortable beds all with tv’s to a fully stocked kitchen, located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and parks. The children’s favorite was a large pool with floats and noodles for fun times

This property was very nice and comfortable, well equipped and squeaky clean. The surrounding neighborhood is nice as well. We went scallop diving in Crystal River so it was close to that area as well. Donna is communicative and very friendly

We stayed he from 8/17- 8/21 the property was accommodating for the amount of family we had stay. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool. The owner is great to deal with and very quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and will definitely book again if we vacation in Florida again.

Property was extremely clean. Checkin was super easy - as was checkout. Communication with host was prompt and friendly. We were visiting family in the area and was nice to have our own place to hangout - and enjoy the pool!

The house was spacious, comfortable, and in a friendly older Florida neighborhood. We loved the large, deep pool and I enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood. We brought our boat and were able to try scalloping from both the Crystal River area as well as Homosassa. Our dinners out at Crumpys and Waterfront Social were delicious. Highly recommend this house and Donna, the owner, was great to deal with.

Our stay was very relaxing, quiet neighborhood. There did not seem to have a family living on either side of house or behind. The access to the pool without any worries was very simple 2 points of entry. When we came out we would run straight to garage to dry or change…. There are no cameras inside the garage nor inside the house… very thankful for! The house is close enough to anything you would ever need with over 2 grocery stores and fast food/restaurants. House was super clean, couches were very comfortable along with the dining chairs! Tv in every bedroom and living room. Kitchen has top of the line appliances super clean. Kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, flours and sugars. They also have a Keurig stocked with varieties of coffee to choose from. If you rent here you will NOT be disappointed! You have a cell phone number to text with “any” problems or issues; their response is immediate!! Wonderful place to stay!

Place was as described. Had a wonderful time for 2 weeks. Pool was amazing. The owner had very prompt communication and fixed anything brought to her attention immediately and even brought us extra items that we asked about. Quiet neighborhood and full fenced back yard was great. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

The kids enjoyed the pool daily which was a great way to spend our evenings after dinner. The house was an easy drive over to Crystal River and other nearby attractions. The house was well equipped for our group, and had thoughtful extras for those things usually forgotten (coffee pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.). The kids enjoyed the pool!

Simple easy access to the home which was very clean and just as listed online. The remodel project for the home is quite excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with most any item you might need. Beds were very comfortable and the updated bathrooms were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. The house location is an easy 15-20 minute ride into crystal river and homosassa springs to enjoy all the water and great food from the area. This house was great for our 4 adults and I’d highly recommend it to anyone

This place is nicely done and a lot bigger inside than we originally thought. Everyone was happy with their room and we loved the pool area. Nice, big fluffy towels and VERY CLEAN. We were close to the Homosassa Zoo, Legoland (2 hrs) and Crystal River. We would stay here again. Thanks for making our stay exceptional.

Nice big clean modern house very nicely furnished with everything you'd need! Grandson is autistic and neighbors were very nice when he said hi and was being friendly, which made his day. Pool is large and very nice, non heated but kids loved it anyway. Great time was had by all family. Thanks so much Donna!
