Your full security deposit will be withheld and no refunds will be granted. -Security cameras on premises- located in the back and the front of the house and we monitor the outside of the property at all times. -No additional guests besides those included in part the initial reservation. In the event more than 10 stay on-site or more guests join than are originally reserved for it will be grounds for cancellation of your stay and you may be charged additional fees for having guests there. -No smoking of any sort inside the house. This includes cigarettes or weed or anything else. -Absolutely no drugs allowed on property. -No pets allowed.
