Situated in Pigeon Forge, this lovely villa for $1,309 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Escape to a spacious villa on 5 luxurious acres in a quiet neighborhood only a 5 min. drive from the strip! Heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and over 3,000 sq ft of deck overlooking the sweeping lawns and private pond. Inside the kids get their own oasis with arcade, theater room, and four twins over two full bunk beds! A lounge with custom built bar, three-door commercial beverage fridge, pool table, darts, and 84" TV. Easily accommodate 20+ w/ commercial appliances and 20' dining table! Crestview Estate is your luxury escape in the Smokies with oversized rooms, a thoughtful design, and more than enough space for all the extended family to make picture perfect vacation memories. When you walk in a large foyer greets you with a long bench seat and 16 shoe cubbies for everyone, along with 25 custom forged railroad spike coat hooks. On the other side of the foyer is a wood burning fireplace with cozy leather loveseat flanked by two overstuffed armchairs overlooking the sunken living room with its three full sized power recliner couches, three bar top tables, and bar stools to ensure everyone has a seat. The massive 20 foot long dining room table can comfortably seat 16 adults plus kids. At the end of the house is every kid's dream: a bunk room with arcade game room, wall mounted games for every age, board games, and the movie theater with 85" HDTV flat screen, theater chairs, bean bags, and a couch that can convert to a queen sleeper. The horseshoe bunk bed setup with four twin over two full bunkbeds can sleep everyone comfortably. Enjoy the views from the floor to ceiling windows in the upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed, full sized couch, massive walk in closet, private balcony, and en suite bathroom with glass door shower and jacuzzi tub. The upstairs double queen bedroom also has its own private balcony with sweeping views. The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed and the same floor to ceiling windows with views galore. Downstairs there is another double queen bedroom with direct deck access. The downstairs master with king bed, en suite full bath, and direct deck access. The Crestview Lounge can be accessed either via the deck or by heading out the front door and using the separate entrance. Inside you will find a custom made bar and barstools, commercial ice machine and beverage refrigerator, darts, pool table, and massive 85" HDTV, along with two additional flat screen TVs behind the bar, the perfect place to watch the game... or even three games at once! The Lounge also serves as the seventh bedroom with a large sectional sofa with queen sleeper, and its own full bathroom. The heated pool has a photo-worthy 10-foot long window where you can look out into the yard from under water, or get that great underwater picture to post online and make all your friends jealous! The deck also has numerous sitting areas, a separate hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with prep counter, six-burner stainless steel grill with infrared burner, and dedicated beverage cooler. The grounds seem to go on forever, both secluded and open, with a path down to the private pond. Once you stay in your own private luxury estate, you will never want to cram into a cabin again! Full access to the home, the attached Crestview Lounge with separate entrance, large deck, heated pool, hot tub, 5 acres to let the kids run, and a private pond. Our party of 25 had plenty of space. Only complaint was the pool. Apparently the iron levels in the water were so high the water looked like it had a layer of thick film at the top. Other than that it was perfect.

This house was a great fit for our family reunion! It’s in a great location! It’s a beautiful home with an awesome yard, which led to hours of fun. The kids enjoyed catching lightning bugs and playing frisbee. On our last night we lit a fire and had s’mores. We did have a bit of trouble with the freezer and a noise coming from a bathroom vent when the AC kicked on, but the owners were very quick with their response and had treats delivered, which was a very nice gesture. The only downside to note is that some of the bedrooms upstairs do not have curtains so plan on being awake when the sun comes up. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and if we make it back to TN again, I would definitely consider rebooking this home. We had a fantastic trip.

I took all my children and grandchildren to Pigeon Forge and we enjoyed it immensely! The house is located on 5 scenic acres with a hot tub and swimming pool and big back yard! There are great gathering spaces in the home for groups to bond and share.

The communication with the property owner was spectacular. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. The house is beautiful and the grounds spacious. The house could use a little upkeep in certain areas but overall a very great stay in a wonderful location near downtown Pigeon Forge.

This home was perfect inside and out. We had three families and there was plenty of room for everyone inside and outside. My father in law who loves to metal detect enjoyed his time every day on the property. The rooms were huge and very clean. Great game room/theater for the teenagers to hang out and great lounge area for the adults. The host George was amazing. Was available and willing to help out to make our stay easy and stress free. The whole family is already looking forward to coming back!!

All I can say is WOW! This place was amazing. So big, so much to do, super luxury across the board. Loved the pool, the rooms were all huge. Everything was immaculate and clean. The hosts were great and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate us. We will be back for sure!
