We are centrally located 1 block away from the freeway and the Naval base and 10 minutes away from the local sunny San Diego scene - breweries, restaurants, and attractions. PLEASE NOTE: The studio is in the back of a multi-unit property - the driveway, carport and laundry are shared. The narrow width of the driveway and carport may require some additional attention while driving in and out, therefore we only allow compact cars. It's important to note that there might be limited space for turning around, so if you have any concerns about parking or access, please contact me for further guidance. Also note that this building is comprised of 2 back-to-back studios. While each studio is private and has its own separate entrance, they share a common wall and laundry area.
