Waterfront camp located on the bay, across from Elmers Island, located two miles before the Grand Isle bridge. The property has plenty vehicle parking. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with a total of 6 beds and a sofa sleeper. Downstairs has a large cement area with picnic table and swing for boiling seafood, barbecuing and a place to clean fish. Wifi included! Be sure to make arrangements with management to bring your pet, there is an extra charge to bring pet. Bulk head area updated and completed see photos!! Water Access / Boat Dock Information --24' of bulkhead dock (no pier) --Water Depth* is very dependent on the wind and time of the year. Estimated 2' at high tide and 1' at low tide. --Electrical outlet and water outlet nearby --Area is well lit with LED strips --Single axle 19' boats can be launched on site --The dock will accomomodate 21' boats Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. Very Clean; the camp came as advertised and was perfectly located in the area we fish at. We caught many big trout using kayaks just hundreds of yards from the camp. We had a fantastic time. There was one problem though,....our trip was not long enough.

We had a great time, the camp was very clean and comfortable. All the appliances needed like at home. My only issue was all those steps up and down, I'm a 100% disabled Vet and the steps near killed me,LOL. I give this camp a 5 star rating. Also located smack in the middle of all the road side fishing minutes from the camp.

Check in was a little rocky I kept trying the code that was sent however it would not work, I texted the property manager and they were very quick to respond but kept saying to put the same code in. I was like could they have forgot to change the code from last time and then once I said that the property manager gave me that code and it worked. MINOR issue but very frustrating at night using your phone as a flashlight trying to get in. The property was very comfortable perfect for a guys weekend of fishing. We did a charter fishing trip with Riptide and they were awesome guides! Highly recommend this property it was perfect for our needs for that weekend.
