Cozy, Spacious & Parking Garage This apartment is perfect for families, couples, solo, adventurers, here on business or relocating to the area, we think you will enjoy our comfortable home. If you are vacationing in our beautiful Springfield/Eugene city, it is well thought out and detailed, offers all the amenities, appliances, private patio, granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable with everything you need. The space DEWEY DUCK HOUSE is just 10min from Eugene, OR., there is a bus stop across the street of the property, 2 min walking distance and the bus passes every 20min. There are many restaurants / food options near by. Like Mexican food, pubs, Tavern, Thai Food the options are endless. Please note that this booking is for the entire apartment! This home is in Springfield, just 15 minutes from Universidad of Oregon college, Autzen Stadium, 5 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the Mall. This beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2-bath, 1100 square foot apartment with a great Kitchen and spacious living room/dining room is waiting for lively guests to enjoy. This beautiful and fully furnished apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. It is in Springfield, Oregon. Apartment has wireless internet access, a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Disney services, and a washer and dryer. Plenty of street parking, One car garage and a driveway (1) Master bedroom with Queen bed for two, (2) bedroom with a and (2) bedroom with a trundle bed with Full & Twin bed, sleep two or three, one of the sofas is a bed in the living room. All bedrooms are upstairs: Amenities include: •Coffee, Tea, •Wi-Fi •Roku TV •Fully Equipped Kitchen •Linens •Full Size Laundry in Apartment .And more... •For families traveling with children we do have a: Pack n' Play, Crib, Toddler Bed, and/or Highchair (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST). Close to Hospitals, Colleges, Stadium, Emerald Center, Clearwater Park, Splash at Lively Park (water park) Willamette River Bike Trail, Mount Pisgah, King Estate Winery, Hendricks Park, Owen Rose Garden, Hult Center for the Performing Arts, and McKenzie River National Recreation Trail, lots of hiking trails and parks close by. Great health food stores too. Guest access The picture in the posting is for unit B which is the Second unit from left to right. You will receive detailed directions once you've confirmed your booking. Other things to note While we allow 6 people to stay, keep in mind there is only one full bathroom (upstairs) with two sinks, and 1/2 bathroom (downstairs), one of the sofas is a bed in the living room and another one is in the master bedroom. This works for some groups/families, and if it works for yours, we look forward to hosting you! We are happy to introduce you to our house-manager, KiKi, who would love to help you arrange extra cleaning services and if you would like any additional amenities. KiKi will be available during your stay to help with any questions or anything you may need.

Nice unit and location not too far from Campus. Gigi has very nice accommodations. Only additional comment is to plan travel if going back and forth to campus without a car.

Perfect place for our stay and in close proximity to restaurants, coffee, grocery stores, etc. It had everything we needed. It was clean and cute. The property manager was very responsive when we reached out to her. Great place, would definitely stay here again!
