Experience Treasure Island from "above it all" in this spacious 2BR/2BA retreat designed for total relaxation. ONLY One free assigned parking spot is provided. Parking is very limited - no guest parking at Sunset Vistas. Street parking is very limited. We recommend bringing only one vehicle, as we cannot provide additional parking.

Note: Supplies are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, oils, filters, or foil.
🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨

Mail delivery is not permitted. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, red tide, or transportation issues.
🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): No exceptions for the threat of a hurricane or aftermath closures (roads, beaches, utilities). We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance. Approved date changes incur a $50 fee plus rate differences.

Payment: If another party is paying, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the Rental Agreement.
Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Only documented service animals are permitted (No ESAs) per ADA/FL law. 🐾
Parking Note: On departure day, please move your vehicle from the assigned space so cleaners may access it.
Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds for cold water.
Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.

Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. As this unit is not managed by Sunset Vistas, there is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

Great location to every restaurant we were interested in! Had a great beach view. Pools were great! Never too packed. Beaches were not over crowded. Perfect for our family vacation.

We ( family with young children) enjoyed the condo and the location. This property was very clean and had wonderful amenities. We felt safe. The pool area was great. Access to the beach convenient. The host was accessible and the instructions were precise. We highly recommend this place. We would stay here again. We could see the ocean from our balcony.

The place was a perfect get away for my 3 teens and myself. The condo itself was the perfect size and the view of the ocean was great. Having the beach supplies readily available was a great bonus- the beach chairs have seen better days. My only reason for not giving this place 5 star rating would be that the refrigerator reaked of dead fish. They need to add a box of baking soda to it or do something about it.

Property is dated,needs a face lift. Picked this place for our 93 Father who has a little trouble getting around. The elevator by our room was not working and the closes elevator was a good distance away for our father and also the most busiest. Also room was dated and floors were dirty.
