The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed. A smart TV is located in the unit. See bed count below: - Studio : 1 King (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room. PARKING: If you are traveling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 400 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door codes 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by the day of check-in. No Kitchen: This unit does not have a fully equipped kitchen. There is a mini fridge and microwave located in the unit. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Address: The address of this property is not exactly where the ABNB pin map location is. Until your booking is confirmed, please look up the property's address to see where it is situated. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self-guided check-in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Awesome stay. The management and team is very good with communication. Only issue I had was the parking due to arriving late at night. Overall it was a great stay and enjoyed how professional the management team is. I have my own airbnbs in Texas. Seeing the management having excellent communication made our stay much better. I would highly recommend guest to stay there.
