The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed. A smart TV is located in the unit. See bed count below: - Studio : 1 King (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room. PARKING: If you are traveling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 400 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door codes 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by the day of check-in. No Kitchen: This unit does not have a fully equipped kitchen. There is a mini fridge and microwave located in the unit. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. Until your booking is confirmed, please look up the property's address to see where it is situated. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self-guided check-in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. One of the cleanest and most updated places I've stayed in New Orleans (and in general). The vanity mirror lighting was a huge bonus. Very nice location as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This stay is a great deal! It's very modern and clean. Walking distance to convention center so great place if you are there on business. My only concern would be the low water pressure in the pretty shower, only one set of linens and towels. Sadly on the advertisement it looks like there is a bar on site for food and drinks but that's not the case. The wine dispenser was not yet working, they had no beverages available for purchase and did have a room service delivery option but it was off site. Also had a cool medicine kiosk on the first floor that came in handy. Contacting customer service was super speedy and easy and of course everyone was kind and helpful. Would stay at another sextant place!

Nearby all major tourist attractions. Parking spots are tight. I would recommend using some free street parking app. Pet friendly but Very high pet fees. Place is as shown in pic. Clean, safe and easy to check in. Great communication.
