The Space: In a city with so much to do and see, location matters when choosing a place to stay in New Orleans. At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these apartments, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed and 2 guests in sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St on a first come, first serve basis. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 756 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. No Windows: This unit does not have an exterior facing window (perfect for sleeping in!), but it does have a large skylight in the living room. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

We had a great time visiting NOLA. The accommodations were outstanding. Room was meticulously kept and everything we needed was there. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. Thank you so much.

We thorough enjoyed our stay. It took a bit once we got off the plane to figure things out. Make sure you know the ins and outs of where to store your luggage until checkin. The accommodations were as advertised! Great! Location was perfect, just outside of The madness that is Bourbon street so it was quite at night. We found many fun things to do from history tours to haunted pub crawls. We ran into one small incident but the management company stepped in and stepped up!! We will be back and look to stay with SexTant properties again!

Excellent customer service & perfect place to stay in New Orleans. Hurricane Ida cut our stay short & we had to evacuate the city, but Sextant made sure we were cared for with essentials if we chose to stay & ride it out. We felt at home away from home, and will definitely be back!

Great location, 24/7 restaurant right next door, easy access to room and building (all done by yourself), and very very nice on the inside. AC, washer, dryer, beautiful kitchen. Have and will continue to book this location.

I would definitely stay here again. It was walking distance to everything. (Bourbon St., French Quarter, and restaurants.) The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the picture. Because of the location it was a little noisy but we didn't mind, it was Mardi Gras!

This is a great place to stay

Overall, this is a great place to stay. If you plan on going to Bourbon St a lot, it's across Canal St so maybe a 3 minute walk. It was a 15 minute walk to Cafe Du Monde. We had no problem finding street parking and paid through an app which saved us money. There's a CVS and a Brothers convenience store right next to the apartment which is great. We ran into some residents outside when we came in and they were all really lovely. And getting in is safe with a keypad at the main door and your door, so no physical key to lose. The kitchen had every appliance you could ever want and there was coffee and creamer/sugar available. You're on the 4th floor, so no one making noise above you.

This place was so clean and very comfortable. The check in process was easy. The location was perfect most of the places we went to visit were a walking distance . It really made our experience at New Orleans much more incredible . I really enjoyed staying here . Definitely recommend .

This was by far my favorite experience. The home is BEAUTIFUL and so conveniently located next to everything you want on a trip to New Orleans. Just steps from bourbon street and the French quarter. Super close to public transit. The place was immaculately clean and so stylish. Loved it. 10 out of 10. Would recommend!!!

The property is a very good value, and it's positioned nicely between the business / convention area of the city and the French Quarter. I chose it for its unique combination of access to these areas of the city, its price relative to the local hotels, and the privacy of a property like this in comparison to a larger commercial accommodation.

Place was great. Location is in close proximity to all the French Quarter fun. It is on the train line and that in conjunction with the people who hang out on the street below it is a little noisy starting early morning when the tram is running. Otherwise everything was great. I would stay again but would bring earplugs for better sleep.
