location was great. friendly and helpful stuff. hauntingly nice charm. comfortable bed
room could use updating and in fact is scheduled for that in several weeks. ( after Jazzfest )

We liked the location and the property was directly across from a hidden gem breakfast spot.
It needs a littke sprucing up but nice and clean.

Location is excellent, close to Frenchman st and great restaurants.
Room needs work. Paint peeling on ceiling, headboard on bed attached to bed using zip ties, air-conditioner sound like a plane is taking off. We paid premium rates due to the French quarter festival, so I may not have minded the poor conditions if I was paying a regular rate.
