The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed. A smart TV is located in the unit. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room. PARKING: If you are traveling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 400 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door codes 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by the day of check-in. No Kitchen: This unit does not have a fully equipped kitchen. There is a mini fridge and microwave located in the unit. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage. This is a great loft for staying during work or vacation! There's a mini fridge and microwave and the bed is very comfortable.

It was exactly as pictured! There was a desk person and a virtual person in the evenings who can see you and will say hello. The location is perfect for the convention center! Just turn the corner and you're at the entrance. There's a Starbucks within walking distance, and in 20 minutes walk, you're in the French quarter. The hosts are extremely receptive and communicate frequently. The on site staff were pleasant and friendly. Absolutely loved the shower, although if you're with someone you don't want to see you showering, the single room with a king bed isn't ideal. They even provided us a play pen and high chair! Loved the little coffee setup, microwave and fridge. AC and heating was good. My only complaint is we needed access to water when we arrived in the middle of the night. There was a little cvs machine with medicine and chargers, but no water. This is a minor complaint! Overall I recommend!

This place was really awesome it was just the wife and I and there were many places just to walk to and it’s right across the street from the convention center so it is very accessible to multiple places the technology there is really cool you get greeted by a live person but she is on a television and she greets you every morning so I strongly suggest the Sexton
