This spacious two-story home is located in a popular and secure gated community close to the center of Atenas. It sits on a large property and is built against the hillside, offering a great views from all of the rooms of the house. On the main floor you will find a lovely living room, where you can watch TV or just sit and relax. There is also a desk for guests that need to do some work during their stay. The primary bedroom is also on the main floor. It has an en-suite bathroom and from the bed you have the best view. Imagine waking up to that every morning. The open concept indoor/outdoor living design provides a seamless transition between the chef's kitchen and outside terrace creating one large, beautiful space. You will enjoy having everyone together for an evening meal or sipping coffee and watching the birds in the morning. Quality time. You can relax on the lounge set, overlooking mango trees and enjoy the view or play a game at the kitchen table. The lower level has 3 more bedrooms. Bedroom two and three have their own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Step outside into the garden with the sparkling pool. There is a sundeck with loungers if you want to catch some sun, but we also have a covered area with comfortable seating just next to the pool. Our experienced property management team is ready to make your stay the best it can be. After booking they will reach out to you and during your stay they are always just a phone call away. As an additional service to our house guests, they can arrange airport transfers to help you avoid the potential hassles you can experience in getting from and to the property on your travel days They also arrange car rentals and a variety of quality tours. They can arrange for you to have your fridge stocked with your favorite groceries upon arrival, or have a home cooked meal ready for you on your arrival day. For special occasions they can have a local chef come to the house to prepare a gourmet dinner. What to think of a relaxing massage at the property, it can all be arranged. After booking they will reach out to you to provide all the information you need. In the house you will find a guest manual that gives you all the information that you need on the property, the town of Atenas (restaurants, shops, medical assistance) and the extra services offered to out guests. Villa Vista Verde has it all. A well maintained spacious house, great views, private pool area, a large fenced garden and a professional management team who are available for all you need. The standard rate is based on 6 people. For every extra guest there is a $15 per person per night fee. Guests staying longer than 14 days a bi-weekly cleaning is included. The house is just as pictured/described. It was clean and in a wonderful little town. The view from every room is beautiful. The suggested restaurants were delicious and very accommodating for people who don’t speak the local language. The suggested places to visit offered a little bit of everything for our group. The driveway is a bit steep but you do easily get used to it. Would have been nice if the jacuzzi was heated. All in all we had a great stay.

I stayed here for my 21st birthday with my 3 of my friends and family members, upon arrival from the airport Piet picked us up and the process was smooth and easy. Upon arrival we were absolutely stunned. The property was gorgeous and exactly like the pictures, and the surrounding town is such a lovely personable area. We had so much fun and everything went according to plans.

Very nice stay at villa green. The house is located is a very quiet place and it has all facilities. The host was really helpful solving the problems we had with the bathroom drain and the house alarm!! :) The only relevant problem we had is a bird that should have its nest in the gap between the tiles roof and the wood ceiling, and during the night it sometimes started singing or scratching, and the noise in the ceiling difficultted us to sleep in the top room (the master one)...

House was nice, pool was great to cool off on the warm days. Plenty of towels and cookware. Although most homes do not have A/C, it would have been nice on the hotter afternoons. The management team is great. Highly recommend the house.

This property is a beautiful home with gorgeous views from the patio. The home was spotlessly clean and well appointed. There was plenty of seating on the patio, and options for eating both inside and outside. The primary bedroom and bathroom had beautiful views and were spacious. Overall this is a really nice property. Our interactions with the property managers were fantastic. They were quick to respond, flexible, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

The house was beautiful and beds we comfortable. Host were very helpful. Location was not far from a local grocery store and gas station and places to eat. The hot tub is an extra fee of $50. We were going to pay the extra fee but when we stayed here, we were told it was not working and that was a bummer. We stayed at the end of march and the water in the pool was not warm enough to want to swim. I would recommend this place to stay in, just wished the hot tub was working and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Lovely property. Property manager extremely helpful. Beds a little hard for our taste, but otherwise covers, sheets superb. Kitchen had plenty of cooking dishes, pans, etc. Beautiful view from house, with lovely porch to enjoy the sun setting in the evening. Gated community, which was also nice. MAnager arranged for us to have a cook on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful!

Hosts were very easy to work with and made our stay easy. They also offered a menu of options to make our trip more special. House had a beautiful view and we felt very safe. Great location close to highways, grocery stores, and more. House was well maintained. Kitchen fully equipped. Will definitely stay again.

The home was lovely. An amazing evening and morning view from the back deck. The host was amazing. and very responsive. There was also a comprehensive binder telling us about the home, the area and recreational activities. Great place to stay.
