Welcome to "Gracious life". A charming and stylish home loc. in the heart of the Park Ave area. Gracious life was meticulously designed by a top well known designer. The perf. location for you to chill and unwind or get out explore the many amazing restaurants, cafes, shops and so much more, just a quick 5 min walk or jump on 1 of our 2 provided bicycles and explore everything the area has to offer!
Great location with quick access to I 490, 10 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to downtown.
The Space:
The first floor is set for entertaining. It consists of the living room, kitchen, half bath and eat in kitchen. The second floor has 2 bedrooms at opposite ends with super comfy king size beds and a full bath in the middle. The third floor has a queen bed with attached private full bathroom.
The Neighborhood:
"One of Rochester's best-known neighborhoods for strolling and shopping in an urban environment" - park-avenue dot org
Other Things to Note:
Private parking with one garage spot available if needed. The driveway is a tight squeeze if going all the way to the back, but you will fit... H1 Hummers probably will not!

We had a 5 star stay! Visited Rochester for a wedding, stayed here with our children and grandchildren and loved it. Easy walk to restaurants, don’t miss Pittsford Dairy for ice cream. We found a few playgrounds close by for our grandchildren. The home was very clean and nicely appointed, everything we needed to dine in a few nights. Communication with Tim was excellent. Great stay!

House was great - in a perfect location that was quiet and perfect for my family. The house had everything we needed. Host was also great - Tim is extremely responsive. You can tell he really cares about the property.

Tim was very quick to respond and the property was in a beautiful area. The house was clean, well decorated, comfortable and perfectly stocked—snacks, coffee and fresh flowers. My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rochester! 10/10!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful updated modern home. It was extremely clean and inviting. The host went out of his way and provide everything we would need to make us feel at home. The location is close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. It was so nice to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!
