About this house rental
This centrally-located home is perfect for a family or a friends get-away! It's conveniently located within walking distance to 12 Corners and minutes to downtown or close to many of our wonderful golf courses. The house is fully equipped for entertaining with a stocked kitchen and great room with double sliding glass doors out to the pool area with lounge chairs, table for eating and a grill. You can enjoy kicking around a ball on the grassy area or sunbathing in the private fenced yard. The pool is open June - September (weather dependent). The house is within walking distance to 12 Corners and Brighton Commons. By car, you can get anywhere within 20 minutes of Rochester and the surrounding suburbs. Take a drive to the lake and enjoy an ice cream at the pier or head downtown for the cocktail and food scene. Catch a show at Geva Theater or listen to the RPO at Eastman Theater. Java Joe's makes a great handmade chai latte. If it's nature you're craving check out Corbett's Glen where you can listen to the sound of waterfalls and take a hike. Ride a bike or take a run to Cobb's Hill and see the great city views at the top of the reservoir. Imagine RIT kicks off our extensive festival season in the late Spring and celebrations continue into September.

Myself and two friends spent a very enjoyable long reunion weekend at this lovely, clean, comfortable, well appointed home.The host was responsive and super helpful, even delivered a handheld steamer to the house so we could take care of our outfits for a formal evening gathering. We would definitely stay at this house again the next time we visit Rochester.

The stay was perfect. Great house and great location. We went for RIT graduation and the house is close to campus and all of our favorite spots such as Pittsford and Park Avenue. The host was fantastic. She was always quick to respond. We appreciated the nice touches such as a snack basket and candy on the beds. It was clean and fully stocked! Highly recommend.

Delightful rental close to a lot of great activities and food options. Really convenient to visit our student at Nazareth University. Highly Reccommended
