Was an amazing experience staying here. Host is immediately responsive and check in was effortless. Was a beautiful property for our stay. Will definitely stay again

Our stay was great! Just stayed at this location with my entire family for 6 nights. The process was seamless from booking to checking out. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for a large group. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very spacious house with all the necessary amenities. The pool was great (it was 115 degrees outside! 😮) The house was just 20 minutes from old town Scottsdale which was fun. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

House was very clean, however not enough pans, Utensils (can opener), or condiments (salt & pepper, misc spices)

Host was very accommodating when we had to switch from another property to his property for a same day check in. The home was beautiful and our teenagers enjoyed the pool, cornhole and the billiard table. Great stay!

We had 3 famalies (8 People) staying for 8 days. The house is advertised to accomodate numerous people, but there is not enough plates. Pots, pans & cutlery. Not enough towels for a large group, so laundry had to be done daily. No cloths or sponges to wash dishes, etc. Had to purchase. Toaster not functioning.We also had purchased additional toilet paper and bathroom spray. There were no cleaning products on site, we had to purchase on our own. We also purchased noodles and pool toys, as there were none available. The outdoor furniture is minimal and not very comfortable. This property has inredible potential, and could be a 5 star destination with very little investment from the property owner. This property was a recent purchase for the owner and a quick and frugal renovation is apparent. These all seem nit picky, but the attention to minor details like these, is what makes a destination incredible vs avereage. For the Positives. Location is great and close to all amenities and eateries. 20 mins to Old scottsdale and surrounding areas. Great neighbour! The shining star of the property is the property manager. She is prompt, curteous and willing to resolve any issue in short order. The pool was very dirty when we arrived and had no skimmer to clean the pools surface. The property manager had a skimmer delivered within an hour and a pool technician on hand within 2 hours to ensure the vacuum, pumps and filters were functional. Spacious back yard!

Plenty of room with 3 bathrooms making it very conducive for large group stay. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great stay overall. Would stay again.
