Spacious & nice extras like happy hour & breakfast included. Has recently had soft renovations so everything was clean & refreshed. Comfortable bed & pillows.

Great staff and they upgraded us to a nicer suite for free, plus gave my kids 2 cute “Sonesta teddy bears” after we got there at 11:30pm for check in. Breakfast bar was free and actually a robust selection. It was quite tasty. Water with cucumber or strawberries or melon available at all times in the lobby. Pool area sooooo nice! They even had a scavenger hunt for kids! Perfect location, close to a Sprouts, good dining, coffee, etc… Very reasonable for a Scottsdale location. Not the place for Scottsdale “luxury,” but absolutely perfect for families and those seeking a really nice location at a reasonable price.
Some wear and tear in the hallways and could use some upgrades in the actual rooms (for instance the bedroom with 2 queens had the nicer bathroom and bigger TV than the master bedroom) but still very nice, especially having kids.

Location
Housekeeping was really bad . The room was cleaned twice in our 7 day stay. It will be good to provide an electric kettle in the room and maybe some complimentary mineral water. Breakfast was bland and boring
