Cómodo pero sin limpieza de habitación. Bien lata una noche

El área de común ubicación alberca y desayuno muy cómodo lugar !

Que estuve 4 días y tres noches , no te limpian la habitación a la segunda noche pedí a recepción me limpiaran la habitación cambio de toallas e hicieron caso omiso no sacan ni la basura del baño en 4 noches

Our group of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 grandchildren) had a very enjoyable stay at this Sonesta property on our

Nicely appointed rooms, daily breakfast buffet, happy hour drinks & snacks, and heated pool. Hotel location near shopping is excellent.

Some parts of the hotel appeared needing cleaning, carpeting, etc. Lack of sufficient towels at pool. Confusing stair locations for access to courtyard or from parking areas.

Good

Customer service was fantastic and pool was nice and clean

The original room we were given was dirty. Initially thought it was just the shower, but after unpacking there was trash on the floor including a used nose strip. The front desk upgraded us and the new room was spotless.

I love being able to use the heated pool morning and night

The suite was roomie and the foyer was delightfully decorated for the season.

I like to sleep in on holidays, so breakfast buffet until 10:30 am would have been nicer.

It was a nice clean resort. I believe it could use some updating.

Breakfast was repetitious. I would have appreciated having my trash picked up at least every other day.

It was dated, the rooms had a bad odor, the bathroom had rust on the floors and had a strong odor of urine. Also housekeeper was rude and didn’t refresh our room as we requested.

Very comfortable Scottsdale

Michelle at the front desk was fantastic. Bed, and linens are amazing.

The carpet in the suite has need of a trim, and more cups, and glasses if cleaning is every 4th day.

No maid service.

Location

No maid service. Wet towels and bed not made. They call it light service when in fact, they don’t even enter the room. You can request maid service, but they don’t tell you you have to request it I assume a hotel has maid that need service, unless you reject it.?

Absolutely relaxing and comfortable

The customer service was absolutely amazing , it truly exceeded my expectations. I travel alot and this hotel by far has been the best I stayed at .

Exceptional

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is ideal if you want to cook for yourself. Lastly, the amenities are well kept and perfect for relaxing.

It would be nice if the continental breakfast came with more than bread and juice/coffee. Although I won't complain because the full buffett breakfast was only five dollars additional. Which was a great deal! I will say if you travel in July through Arizona, don't plan on using the pool often. The air outside was so hot, even at 9 o'clock at night, that we couldn't breathe comfortably and only used it once. (115 F at 9pm)

Very good

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. My suite was clean on arrival and the front lobby staff was very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was my card keys stopped working on the entrance/exit doors and my room door so I would have to take the key in and out of the slot constantly to get inside

Exceptional Experience

The customer service was amazing and thoughtful throughout the hotel. The dining staff was attentive and super helpful. The front desk was a great welcome after a very long drive and provided my daughter with a little trinket as a souvenir. It was a small gesture with a BIG impact and the main reason I chose this hotel over other hotel choices on my drive back. The room was spacious, and the full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator surprised me. This is an awesome perk if you plan to stay in Scottsdale for any length of time OR, if your like me and Costco is a must before going home to a smaller town, the refrigerator/freezer was able to hold my purchases until I checked out. I would say the beds were comfortable; however, I've learned that everyone's definition of comfort is different. That being said, the beds were right in the middle of soft and firm, and the sheets were lovely. Overall, it was an amazing experience!!

Not really a complaint...just a warning that the rooms are kept COLD. I didn't think to check how cold before going to bed and woke up shivering. The room was set to 58 degrees. I suggest looking at the AC upon arrival and adjusting it to your comfort level.

Superb

The staff was super friendly. Even before arriving, we called because we had some questions and the woman on the phone was so courteous. We loved how the pool was basically right outside our room. The kitchen was a great addition to the room and I'm glad I booked our stay in that type of room.

The faucet water smelled like rotten eggs. I wouldn't dare drink it, so good thing we were only there for one night (and we packed extra water).
