1- The cottage is beautiful and in a great location.
2- Views are stunning
3- It has 2 beds and a sleeper couch
4- It’s 7 mins from the main town
5- It has everything you need except a few things ( coffee table, extra patio chair, bathroom rugs)
6- The toilet has a hose 👍
7- Nice place but we won’t recommend it or stay here again (reasons below)
1- The blankets are used and they smell. I think I host didn’t think of washing the blankets for new guests. We had to use them because it was cold
2- the mattresses are both horrible. They are spring mattresses and you can feel the springs digging into your bones. We slept on the sleeper couch for 3 nights.
3- The TV remote is dead ( not a big deal)
4- The host is super rude. We didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to us by messages but we said it’s okay. At the end we sent a message that we checked out early and he responded with this: ( Hello. Did you leave everything in order at the cottage?) not even a thank you for staying at our place.

Great location, outside of Stepantsaminda so you need a car but super worth it to be in a quiet place while still not too far from the city. The cabin is really beautiful, everything available to cook and very quiet and private.
A blind or curtains on the higher part of the window would have been really great because it's very bright in the morning. TV is a bit small and far from the couch but didnt matter for us since we were mostly outside!

Все идеально! Очень красиво снаружи и внутри, очень чисто, тихо, очень тепло, даже жарко при минус 15 на улице) Все необходимое есть, хозяин просто лучший. Рекомендую от души.
