I will never stay there again

Individuals walking around all hours of the night in and out of the hotel the door accessing the hotel was held open for anyone to come in and out. We waited approximately a half an hour or so, before reaching anyone to come and give us the keys to the room unkept dirty room with water on the floor inside the room. Very disappointing.

Fastest Bussiest Summer Disappointment.

I like the nostalgic appearance of the past Homewood, AL feel. The hot water was never lacking, and the ice trays.

They rushed you around Room Service and Maintenance and then didn't provide any benefit. The box springs didn't match the size of the smaller beds as well.

We felt like there so NO sleep for involved in our stay and that’s the only reason we stayed, so we could rest up before

The office ladies did do their best to try to fix the situation but booking.com let us make a reservation for two room- two beds for a total of 7 people! It’s never done that before & usually gives me a heads up that there’s not an accommodation for what I’m requesting.

THE BEDS SUCK!!! Sorry but it’s true!! They’re definitely need to upgrade. Worst beds ever!

Never again!

The location was fine. The place was disgusting. I could smell sewage in the bathroom floor drains. My room smelled moldy. The hall was filled with cigarette smoke. The people above me were wrestling and scooting furniture until after midnight.

It was gross. I believed I named it above. There was no one to complain to.

Timely, No hubub, enjoyed the interaction with the staff.

Allowed my cat though a bit pricey

Surfaces were harsh. Would have preferred a softer surface to step on. Carpet in room.

All of the employees were super nice! I stayed this weekend and the AC unit was working in my room they switched me to a different room without hesitation, the rooms are nice & clean but the floor seemed to stay wet and the counter tops, the bed was so uncomfortable you can feel every spring in the mattress.

We were surprised at the very plain and bare room.

Bed was comfy, and bathroom was clean.

There was no breakfast; hallways were filled with old toilets that had been replaced; the room reminded us of army barracks, very bare; the bed was only a frame, comforter was very thin and more like a sheet; had no lamps

I liked that the room was huge had a stove and a real refrigerator not one of them small ones

The workers could have been better no extra toilet paper when I got there to check in I waited 30 mins to a hr for somebody to check me in

close to freeway however very quiet location made it easy to sleep

bathroom was nasty dirty (toilet) floors, no hand towels nothing for kitchen use no coffee or anything. staff was nice until a problem with billing. we felt that they found people who use internet for rooms were a huge pain.

I had a very restful relaxing experience with extended Stay America in Daphne, I would recommend it

I really like the staff they truly do try and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is the bomb, you have several shopping options and their are plenty of walking close restaurants and the price you can't beat

When I checked out

Both rooms that I rented for 3 days was filthy smell like mildew mold toilet was clogged in one hair and shower in the other sand on both floors and smell like marijuana throughout the building
