Excellent price and perfect distance for the drive to St Malo. 2 minutes off the toll highway. Good parking. I didn't do breakfast so don't know anything about the food. Good air-conditioning which was absolutely necessary as it was nearly 40 degrees outside!
Staff at reception didn't speak English but more my issue than theirs. I muddled through easy enough. Literally all you have is to pay the tax which is less than 2 euros. 2nd B&B I've been at now where I can't read their handwriting for the room number and pin but it is emailed to you just FYI so don't panic.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable, and so was the bed. The location is ideal, next to A6. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food which was quite appealing.

The code for the parking wasn't working and nobody answered. And if you chat - it's an artificial "intelligence" which is not helpful at all
I was lucky to meet at 5:30am staff from the bakery, otherwise I would wait there until the receptionist started his shift
