L’architettura del palazzo e il panorama molto belli
La camera era pulita, ma c’era qualcosa da migliorare perché le porte erano sporche e la doccia era rotta

Thé staff were very kind and helpfull .
I especially want to name each one of them,Can bey Hasan bey and thé sweet Emine.
I stayed in many hotels but very few were as helpfull and friendly as they were.
Every day, with every request whether small or big ,they did their best to help us .
I hope thé owner of this hotel realize this and give them thé respect that they so deserve.
We booked a family deluxe room but it was everthing but deluxe.
It did not only have a smell ,it just stank .
Not clean what so ever,thé carpets were nasty as Well as thé toilet with bathroom.that is build in thé room without a separate (thing to let thé bad air go outside)so when you go to thé toilet thé smell And air of that stays in thé same room as where you sleep .not separate.
Thé wall around thé lavabo had Mold.
Anyway so not thé best hygiene for People who love it clean and fresh.
But when we complained about this room ,they immediately gave us other rooms .so we are very gratefull for that ,even though we booked 1 room we got 2 separate rooms.again they were very helpfull and did their best to solve thé problem and our complain.
Thé staff is thé best ,location is very good ,breakfast is more than perfect.
But unfortunately the hygiene and cleaning needs to be better.
Maybe An other person would not think the same, it's a personal hygiene issue.
