Staff could not be more helpful. Especially grateful to Alex who was on hand on WhatsApp to answer my questions. Room was quiet and bed comfortable, shower hot and everything spotlessly clean. What more could you ask for? Breakfast was great too!

I had a very pleasant stay at Blue Hanoi Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean.
The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. The location is convenient for getting around Hanoi, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.
Breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and comfortable. For the price, I think it offers very good value. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hanoi.
