Der Pool ist sehr cool und auch groß. Wir waren nicht oft am Pool. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher wie oft der Pool gereinigt wird.
Wie waren oft am Meer. Das Meer kann mit einem 10-minütigen Spaziergang erreicht werden. Der Strand in Nilaveli ist wunderschön und dort ist auch einiges gegeben - man kann Tauchen gehen.
Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, da alle Standard-Doppelzimmer belegt waren. Das Familienzimmer, welches wir bekommen haben hatte eine sehr bequeme Couch und zwei Betten. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr groß und gemütlich.
Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und sind super auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Sowohl am Frühstück als auch mit dem WLAN wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen.
Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Kloschüssel unten undicht war. Allgemein hat es im Bad ein wenig unangenehm gerochen.
Die Klimaanlage war ein wenig laut.
Teilweise hatten wir sprachliche Probleme und Missverständnisse mit dem Personal.

Place is good, garden, facilities are fair for the price.
The staff can be improve more, there attention to guests are low, they are not organized to serve. Food is average (not tasty). Overall the place is good the service can be improved.
