Barrio tranquilo. Habitación cómoda. Cercano a restaurantes, supermercados y a estación Triburtina (Metro, bus, y tren). Muy buena conectividad con el transporte público.

- The location, as it was a just 10 minute walk to one of Rome's main train stations, Tiburtina, which has routes to both the city centre as well the Fiumicino Airport, not to mention the effective bus routes available as well. Lots of nearby food places, supermarkets and bars, overall making it very convenient.
- All the required, useful facilities were provided for the rooms
- It was safe, quiet and clean and the owner was very friendly and polite

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e, considerando il prezzo pagato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono. Prima di arrivare mi ero un po’ spaventata leggendo alcune recensioni sulla pulizia, ma la nostra camera (n. 1) era pulita e in ordine, quindi personalmente non posso confermare quanto letto da altri ospiti.
La posizione è ottima, vicina a Piazza Bologna, e l’host è stato sempre disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. La stanza è semplice ma perfetta per soggiorni brevi.
Nel complesso, credo che alcune recensioni siano un po’ severe: se si cerca il livello di un hotel a 4 stelle, probabilmente bisogna orientarsi su altre strutture e mettersi più soldi in mano. Per la posizione e per il prezzo offerto , è una soluzione che consiglio per pochi giorni.
Tra gli aspetti migliorabili, il phon va richiesto in anticipo e non ne eravamo a conoscenza. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto pulizia della camera né cambio degli asciugamani; non sappiamo se ciò sia dovuto al fatto che siamo rimaste solo due notti o se sia un servizio disponibile su richiesta.
