The location of the hotel and the decor of the hotel.
The bathroom was dirthy. It was full of hair. The floors were not clean. The beds were not made....I dont even know even if the sheets were cleaned. The TV volune was not functioning and we were not able to watch and hear anything. The plastic toillet cover was damaged. I got pictures of everything. The decaf. coffee in the morning around 8.30 was steal, the omellete bucket was empty, the sausages were really bad-swimming in a oily luqiid. Not Acceprable AT ALL!!! The carpets on the halls were not vacuumed at all.
