Staff were super kind and helpful! Especially Jesus who guided us all the time! He was also very supportive w my mom! I highly recommend this hotel for a short visit. It is very close to the main cathedral.

El ruido que hace en la noche en el sector, ha sido bastante alto, y en parte entendible por la localización, pero se podría hacer algo respecto al mejoramiento del aislamiento de las ventanas.

La amabilidad de los trabajadores. Queda MUY cerca al centro y a la catedral de Manizales. Las habitaciones tenían smart TV.
No me dieron papel higiénico ni jabón de manos. La cama no tenía sobresábana.
