Nightmare the worst place ever

Nothing stay clear of this place not safe

My car was damaged tail light broken paint work damaged. the next door neighbour s were drinking and fighting all night. the police were called I do not recommend this place we didn't feel safe here. and host would not take any responsibility for the damage witch was parked on her driveway..when we spoke she said it was on a public street .and to top it all off we ran out of electricity pay you go electricity its a joke stay clear

The property was very conveniently located

there was no heating especially with a baby it made our stay very difficult and the property wasn’t the. cleanest even though they did come in to change bedding the next day. The sink plug hole doesn’t drain water in bathroom

Lack of communication with the owner

Lack of communication with the owner. When I booked this apartment a month before my stay, I provided our check-in time, no back message. Two days before our stay I send an email with my preferred check-in time. I don't get any reply. I am sending a message through booking.com when I arrive in Belfast how can we get into the apartment asking for the code to get the keys no answer. When we arrived to the apartment address, I called the owner several times, no response. My husband and I waited in front of the apartment for an hour trying to contact the owner by calling and texting no results We returned to the city center. After a few hours the owner of the apartment called me back giving me the code for the keys. Before that, we found another place to stay. I proposed to the landlord that she return half of the amount already paid to me, she did not agree.

Was a good stay until we got accused off something we didn’t do and there was no heating

There was no wifi or heat in the apartment for 2 days er was a dirty sheet threw in the wardrobe and we got accused for it demanding money and threatening me to do it through booking.com because it’s more expensive
