I was thoroughly delighted with my experience at Panorama View Hotel.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with fresh fruit and a lovely gift from Taha (manager) at reception, which was such a thoughtful way to begin our stay. The hotel was beautifully presented, comfortable and had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight and wonderfully served by Hassan. The selection was superb, with such a generous variety of food that we genuinely felt like royalty. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful provision of gluten-free bread. However, the real highlight was enjoying breakfast while taking in the breathtaking views of the Pyramids and the Sphinx — a truly unforgettable experience.
The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. Taha went above and beyond to make our visit special, even spoiling us with some lovely souvenirs. These thoughtful personal touches made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests.
All of the staff were warm, attentive and extremely helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The level of care and hospitality really made our stay stand out.
Panorama View Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we left with some wonderful memories. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for spectacular views, exceptional hospitality and a warm, welcoming place to stay while visiting the Pyramids.

Shower facilities could be improved - low pressure, no hot water.

Piramitlerin hemen yanında. Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Özellikle Mustafa bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz☺️

The location and staff were great, good value for money
The room was very loud, we could hear anything that was happening in the hall. Also there was no water for a few hours, but the staff provided us with bottled water then.
