la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des responsables de l'Hôtel , surtout Omar et le Directeur dont j'ai oublié le nom ,j'ai séjourné à 2 reprises dans cet Hôtel , la première fois le 12-08-2026 et la seconde pour 4 nuitées à partir du 23-08-2026.
L'établissement est proche de tout( centre ville, commerces, transport , ect ), les chambres spacieuses et très propres , , la literie confortable, le P/Déjeuner acceptable et non répétitif .
La gentillesse et le Professionnalisme du personnel , excepté les femmes qui servent au restauration, elles manques d'expérience et lente pour vous servir , on vous sert le P/ déjeuner après 20mmn d'attentes .

I really enjoyed my stay at Cairo S Hotel. The breakfast team were excellent, very welcoming, friendly and attentive every morning. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff made the experience even better. I would also like to especially mention the receptionist, Mohammed, who was extremely polite, respectful, helpful and professional throughout my stay. He was always willing to assist and made me feel very welcome. Overall, the staff were kind, friendly and genuinely helpful.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and there was nothing major that I disliked. I would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to stay again in the future.

Service beaucoup trop lent le matin pour les petits déjeuners
Les draps n'étaient pas "clean" et l'on pouvait soupçonner qu'ils avaient déjà servis au moins une nuitée......et c'est du textile synthétique, donc pas très confortable! Egalement, le linge de toilette pas "clean".......
