First of all: Thank you for not being a scam and really existing! Our stay at the apartment was great! It is very big, clean and well maintained. Yes, you can hear the honking from the streets (like everywhere in the center) so I recommend using earplugs.
The staff was helpful and reliable. They even went out to buy some medicine for us (Thank you again!!). I can recommend the Yacoubian Suites 100%, if you want a stress free, clean and nice stay with tasty breakfast options.

أشكر الأستاذ عبد الرؤوف على حسن التعامل والاهتمام من بداية الحجز وحتى نهاية الإقامة
كان متعاونا جدا وسريعا في التواصل والرد على أي استفسار وهذا أعطانا شعور بالراحة والاطمئنان خلال الإقامة
المكان مناسب للعائلات والإقامة كانت مريحة بشكل عام وأحب أن أشكر الأستاذ عبد الرؤوف شخصيا على ذوقه واحترامه وحرصه على راحة الضيوف
أنصح بالمكان لأي أسرة تبحث عن إقامة مريحة وتعامل محترم في القاهرة وبالتأكيد سيكون من الخيارات التي أفكر في العودة إليها مرة أخرى
لا يوجد شيء سلبي يستحق الذكر وكانت التجربة جيدة والحمد لله

La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación y que era moderna.
El personal de por la noche, los dos chicos, eran majos y más resolutivos.
No sabemos como es este hotel, el mismo día de nuestra llegada nos cambiaron a otro hotel de la misma calle, que es del mismo dueño, comentando que habían tenido problemas en la habitación en la que nos iban a alojar. Este hotel era:
Atlantis Hotel
Cuando llegamos al hotel, tuvimos que pedir sabanas porque estaba la cama a medio hacer. Y al día siguiente no nos limpiaron la habitación, y a pesar de nuestras quejas, no nos dieron solución. Tuvimos que hacer dos días consecutivos la cama, cuando este servicio estaba incluido.
Mucho ruido de la calle, se escuchaba todo.
El desayuno pésimo. La chica que habían por la mañana no sabía hacer nada, estaba muy perdida. Tuvimos que pedirle todo, nos ponía solo una tortilla mal hecha y nada de beber.
El dueño estuvo en contacto con nosotros por si necesitábamos algo, cuando le comentamos las quejas y el mal servicio, le sentó mal y nos dijo que era lo que había.
