Room is spacious, calm and quiet. Female receptionist at check-in was kind and helpful.
Dated and very old fashioned room. Poor accesible from a shared unsafe elevator. No proper guidance to hotel, as shared building with some other facilities/residence/hostel, enatrance to bldg with a family felt unsafe. Many steps to climb with your luggage to reach elevator, poor and mannual door operating small, unsafe elevator. Provided hotel outer appearance pics in booking.com is false, it is another bldg oppesit of the road. Bathroom tiles are glossy and extemely unsafe after one wash (careful if you have kids specially). Fittings are dated and malfunctioning. The strong chemical used for floor mopping is making us feel unwell within a couple of hours, causing headaches and dizziness. Paid for a night but checked out in hours as it wasn't the right place for a family :(( Also, first told not accepted payment by card, requested to pay by cash only. Later, after many discussions, agreed to accept after waiting around an hour in room. My bank refernce shown cc terminal used is belongs to the Hotel name, meaning they wanted to avoid using card payment for some reason. May not fault of the receptionist, but might be she follows what advised by the management. Not genuine!
