Hotel relativamente remodelado
El ruido de la calle, el hotel es relativamente nuevo pero tiene acabados que se están cayendo, sucio.
Falta espacio en la habitación para colocar cosas personales.
Solo dos toallas para usar los 5 días, sin toalla de manos ni tapete para salir de la regadera.
Fuga de agua en el baño que escuchas todo el tiempo

The hotel is small and elegant.
The room I booked was lovely, spacious with natural light and a beautiful view.
They might need cupboard maintenance.

It is centrally located. Having a kitchenette is a plus.
The cleaning and replacement of towels were not consistent. Sometimes I’d have a hand towel, other times I didn’t. There is no paper towel or rag in the kitchen.

The room I had was small, the door unfortuantly opened into almost the foot of the bed; OK, but not great. I loved the kitchenette and the facilities but some walls were scuffed and had a bit of water damage. Other rooms I glimpsed into were larger and seemed to be much nicer.
The internet was so slow I had to change hotels. The staff at on sight were pleasant but not very helpful. However they did contact (when I made a bit of a fuss) the management who transferred me the next day to another property not far away in Downtown, an Airbnb rental apartment, that was large and quite glamorous and had good wifi, at no extra cost. So the company gets big points for this. Be careful for all travellers however, that construction noise in Downtown Cairo at the moment is constant (Like til 2 am constant) and very clanging.
