Beautiful interiors and fantastic location, a short walk to Avalon Beach
It was fabulous. Only point I’d make is a few more kitchen utensils could have been useful as we cooked a meal one night. We also had some flies coming in through the kitchen windows but the owner dealt with it promptly which was great.

Great location right near the small shops at North Avalon. Hosts were amazing and very responsive and friendly. Accommodation has everything you need and looks like it's straight out of a magazine.
Layout can be slightly challenging to navigate and meal times can be a bit of a challenge if travelling with little kids as the table is high and uses bar stools rather than seats.

The location was ideal for our purpose.
The cottage is very small, definitely not spacious as described. Parking is very difficult in the narrow street at times while the owners several cars fill the driveway. Front yard was messy with old pieces of timber lying around and lawn not looking anything like the well kept lawn in the photos. No ironing facilities as advertised. Offers coffee and tea but not even long life milk in the fridge. Bathroom had body wash but no shampoo. Beds are old and uncomfortable and pillows were so thin I needed 3 to come close to comfortable. We had a cool night and the bedding was insufficient. At over $400 per night this was very poor value for money. There are many better places around Avalon Beach.
