So the price/quality rate is the best. I payed ~15 USD/night and I got myself a triple room with extra couch and breakfast included. Also the location is great, Thamel is just 5 minutes walking distance. There was heating in the room (with AC) so I never felt cold. It's also good to note that everything is clean enough. My overall feeling (despite, there were flaws) was a good and pleasant one.
The lady at the check in was very apathic, made my first impression a bit bitter, but the others were OK, The breakfast is not something extra, but good enough to get your day started. Hot water is only for a short time. After 3-4 minutes it gets cold again, I guess the boiler is too small... WiFi is horrible. The windows are really thin so you can hear all the noise from outside.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Rodeos Inn. The staff are very helpful. Can't complain about the included breakfast which is always delicious. Love the selection of menu from the restaurant downstairs. Free room service and very close to Thamel and Swoyambhunath.
Hot water runs out if you take too long a shower, but heats up quickly as well.
