Location - parking - owner attention. good parking.
For others - adjacent to city train station. Local bus stops close. Owner gave good information about local events we would not have known otherwise.

The host Mr Kim was so so kind, he gave us great recommendations for the local area AND the room was fantastic! Look no further if you are wanting somewhere to stay in jeonju!

What a wonderful weekend i had in Jeonju, the hotel is perfect, clean, confortable, breakfast is really good and a precious moment to share with the owner and other guests.
Location is good too, u can reach every interest point in the city with the bus stop next to the hotel
And the hotel is next to the train station which make it really easy to access.
Owners speak really good english, give a lot of good advices about activities, locations, life in korea
They are really caring about you and make you feel like home.
I wish I would’ve spend more time here, but they already make my weekend a perfect one, and something I will always remember from my time in Korea

Ps : last mention about the Price, its probably the best price / quality hotel and service you can find

Excellent location being only 250 metres from the railway station and the bus stop (no. 119 route bus) to go to the Hanok Village. Small fridge in the room. Small table and chair (more comfortable than the bed.) Ensuite bathroom. Owner carried my suitcase up the stairs. Small common room area on the top floor.
The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on reinforced concrete. Not only was the mattress hard but I could feel every piece of reinforcement in it.
