Wonderful short stay in Fir Garden room lodge. Well appointed accommodation that wants for nothing. The staff were very helpful when we got delayed due traffic, and arrangements put in place. It was a shame we arrived late and didn’t have chance to explore the area.

We loved the location and the room was comfortable and very clean.
Unfortunately we had very little information as to which lodge we were staying in and an Email arrived after we had left home to travel to inform us it was "Ash Lodge" we were actually in. Having arrived in the evening before the wedding my taxi had trouble in finding the correct lodge to get into. We eventually managed to find it when we saw lights on in another part of the location and a very kind lady helped us.
The information in the Lodge itself was minimal to say the least as to where we should go for breakfast and we eventually ended up with no breakfast at all. The same thing happened the next morning before we left - no one seemed to know where we were to go to hand in the key and we eventually went into another 'office' and the gentleman there said we could leave it with him but they did not serve breakfast at all. A disappointing end to a lovely wedding.
So a bit of a frustrating time which left us wondering about the running of the site. Whilst waiting for transport to take us back to the airport we saw a couple also looking for breakfast - they had an unfortunate situation the night before expecting to have dinner on site only to find the restaurant closed and the wedding I was at was in full swing.
I think it would be a good idea if someone went through the organising system before you lose customers Best regards
