The hotel is simple yet comfortable, well located, and has great staff. The staff is excellent, especially Yasmeen and Mohamed Yousef and the reception, Islam during breakfast service, and Omar that helped us settle in, and with our bags. We got a room that had just been renovated and it was great. We got a room without a view, which if you want to be away from Cairo’s busy streets, is the right choice, since we had great undisturbed sleep. The hotel itself is still being set up, so minor hiccups are expected, yet the staff smooth out all of them. We requested clean towels and a different kettle for our room, both of which were delivered to us within minutes! Breakfast is simple and tasty.
All in all a great value for our money. We will be coming back here for sure!

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff, clean room, and a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Kerlus for his outstanding hospitality and kindness, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful and even accommodated my late luggage storage request.
The location is perfect, with major attractions just a short walk away, and the view of Tahrir Square is fantastic. Great value for money and highly recommended.

The location
The staff didn’t accommodate my request to fix leak in the AC water and ti fix the satellite, there was a lot of noise at night and no one cleaned for 5 nights or ask if i need service, i was disappointed, although the breakfast variety was good but I saw the waiter collecting residual of fries served to people and the white cheese and put as a new plate to a new client.
