Location was perfect. In a developing area discretely located behind larger nearby hotels it is shielded from road noise by natural hills. We stayed in Menta on the ground floor which benefited from a sea view. Property had two patios front and back and plunge pool with sea view was adequate and regularly cleaned by pleasant pool man. . Easy access to airport and Rhodes Town. A great base to tour the island . We had a hire car. Hosts Adamantia (owner) and Anna (mother) were wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they keep the fridge fully stocked! Security is amazing . Roof terrace is enormous and wonderful for chilling, sunbathing etc. The internal lift was pristine like a high class hotel. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. Probably the best apartment we have rented after many years of travelling.
There are 3-4 apartment blocks in various states of development. Work on a couple of these began at 6am through until 4pm and was noisy at times but could not be heard from the rear of the apartment or the roof terrace which was good.

De service: 3 keer een gevulde koelkast, de schoonmaak en het contact, maar ook de communicatie over bijvoorbeeld uitchecken/inchecken en het regelen van taxi's.
Het zwembad lag helaas niet in de zon wat wij niet wisten.

Apartment was clean, a compact apartment very well designed , had all the facilities you required and owners were lovely. Breakfast was provided we didn’t use all the items given but it was a lovely gesture.
Only negative was the pool stair ladder was loose making it feel unsafe to get out and not a lot of privacy when out there you could see the street and people walking by and they could see on.

Alles was heel fijn geregeld, we hadden super communicatie! Wat een lieve host, samen met haar moeder hebben ze het goed geregeld allemaal. Wij hebben genoten :)
